💳 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY – JAR PROPERTIES

At JAR Properties, we aim to maintain transparency and fairness in all our services. Please read this policy carefully.

1. Service Nature

• JAR Properties provides property information, videos, and details for informational purposes only.

• A voluntary service charge of ₹20 may be collected for sharing exclusive or newly uploaded property information.

• This charge is not a booking amount, token amount, or property price.

2. No Cancellation

• Once property information or video details are shared with the client, the service is considered completed.

• Therefore, cancellation requests are not accepted after the information is shared.

3. No Refund Policy

• The ₹20 service charge is non-refundable once the information is delivered.

• Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The client decides not to proceed

  • The property is already sold out

  • The client finds the property unsuitable

  • There is a change in price or availability

4. Property Availability

• Property availability depends on information provided by the property owner.

• If a property is sold out and the owner has not informed JAR Properties, refunds will not be applicable.

• 5. Exceptions

• Refunds may be considered only in case of duplicate payment made by the same client for the same property information.

• Any approved refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
